I don’t take enough photographs of accessories during fashion week (another thing I need to start doing more often), but this colorful one caught my eye. I approached the owner to ask about it, and, to my surprise, she was also the designer of the purse. I found that really inspiring because I just love to be able to make things, and create things tailored to my taste and experiences, and I am always drawn to unique handmade items, and the innovators that create them. If I had my way, I would hand design and create every single thing I wear or use, okay not everything, no, maybe everything ( why, not? We just need to learn, no?). Okay, let’s just keep it to clothes and accessories, and postcards and websites, for now.
