“How do you share your story?”

Enjoying the winter garden in one of my favorite places to relax in Paris. I spent the day reassessing a few goals I set for myself before arriving in Paris. A lot has changed this past year and the question that I keep trying to answer is “What’s my story?” Sure I may know it, but which of it do I want to share with the world?

I realized the most distracting part about telling our story, is thinking about who we are telling it to. Depending on who that is, we may either share more or share less, we might be direct or indirect, excessive or discreet. And we might spend too much time obsessing about whether they are paying attention or not.

I believe we should all tell our stories with our eyes closed. Tell it as purely and truly as they come to us not for anyone, but for ourselves.
