I have been dreaming about taking a trip to Positano for a year now. When I started looking at ways to celebrate my birthday this year, it was unsurprisingly at the top of the list! I spent my vacation between Sorrento and Capri, taking day trips to Positano, Amalfi Coast, and Ravello! If you know me you know that I love being by water and boats! In fact for two years it was all I ever said I wanted to do. I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate a milestone birthday than to finally make this birthday wish come true!
There is so much to share from my trip! I am especially thinking of ways to share useful tips from my trip that you can use in case you were thinking of a similar trip in the future. The planning stages for me was so tough and frustrating because unlike any other trip I have made in the past this was the most complicated in figuring out where to stay and what to see and how long to be there. I spent every evening for a whole month doing a little research and even on the trip (in the early days) I was still working on my itinerary and getting overwhelmed!
I don’t want this to be you, so I’m going to share my experience and best tips or lessons I’ve learned to make sure your planning is so much easier if this is your dream destination as well.
