The first of my photo series is here!
2019 left me in a confusing place regarding my work. After tossing and turning about it, I decided to take a short hiatus from photography halfway through the year. It was scary watching how comfortable I got with the break, but I started paying attention to what made me excited to pick up a camera and what felt like WORK. I am still patiently waiting for all the answers to come to me, but the little I know is that I love to tell stories. Pure, happened-upon stories.
Street photography was my first love in photography and it will probably always feel like home when I go back to that. Presenting the first of image stories 2020. I have not decided yet, if I will keep images untitled. I like the idea of keeping the images open to your interpretation without a guiding title. For now, this is “image 1” but by the end of the year, I may have named all.
