The cool thing about the Anna Sui Spring Summer 22 Show was that, for whatever reason, the models walked both inside and outside of the show. So for those of us who were outside capturing streetstyle, it was a nice treat to capture runaway at the same time. It was especially perfect because the plants outside the venue played nice with the resort themed looks. Together they transported us to a mini getaway at a beach resort where you’d lay by the pool all day and keep the Bellinis coming. Sui herself says she was thinking of lots of water and lots sun while creating this exotic fantasy. Girl, yes pack the bags! I also got a bit of a 70s tinge from the looks. The first thing I thought when I saw the bold prints and flower heavy looks was the 70s. Though it was not present in the cut, I was getting heavy 70s vibes from the large flower motifs and all around funky retro vibes. But mostly it made me want to pack my bags and go on vacation ASAP!
