It hasn’t felt like Christmas in a while. After two years of not really feeling like celebrating anything, I finally put up my Christmas tree. Before the world faced a global pandemic and tossed between normal and new normal, my world had already been shaken. The holidays didn’t feel the same anymore, but each season has come with much to be grateful for. Today, as a little more light peeks in, I take hold and celebrate it! Celebrating how far we’ve all come and all of God’s goodness. Celebrating the miracle story of Christmas itself that brings us all much hope. Celebrating those near and far, new friendships and old, lessons, and grace. Celebrating the love of those who are not with us which still burns deep and holds close. ❤️
Celebrating peace, hope and joy and praying your day is filled with abundant joy.
Merry Christmas and a blessed new year!
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace Isaiah 9:6
